Terms of Service

Inbox Hero · Last updated September 12, 2026

By using Inbox Hero (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The service

Inbox Hero connects to your email with your authorization and helps you organize it and ask questions about it. Gmail remains the system of record; Inbox Hero is an assistant layered on top and is not a mail provider. In the current version the Service organizes and answers only — it does not send or delete mail.

Your account

You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for maintaining the security of your sign-in email. You must have the right to connect any mailbox you add.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to violate any law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.

Availability & changes

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during this beta and may change or be interrupted. If the Service is unavailable, your email continues to work normally through your provider.

Disclaimer & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. AI-generated classifications and answers may be imperfect; review important items yourself.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your mailbox at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.
