How does the free trial work?
Sign in and connect Gmail, and Inbox Hero runs its first scan. Once you've seen what it found, you add a card to start your 30-day free trial: $0 today. We email you 7 days before the trial ends, and you can cancel in two clicks before then and pay nothing.
Is there a discount for paying ahead?
Yes. Pay yearly and save 17%: $99 a year, 27¢ a day, 2 months free. Pay every 3 months and save 10%: $27 a quarter, 30¢ a day. Every plan has every feature and the same 30-day free trial.
Why show the price per day?
Because that's what it costs: 27¢ a day on the yearly plan, less than the time you'd spend clearing one batch of newsletters.
Is it really free?
Yes. During the beta every feature is free on every mailbox you connect, and there's no card to enter.
What happens when the beta ends?
Paid plans are planned at $10/month or $99/year, plus $5/month or $49/year per extra mailbox. Early users get their own 30-day free window when paid plans start. Since you never gave us a card, you'd add one yourself to keep going. Nothing is charged automatically.
Do you have team pricing?
Yes. For 5 to 15 people it's $79 per person a year or $8 a month: you buy the seats, and your team joins with a link or code, no card of their own. For 2 to 4 people, each person uses the individual plan. More than 15? Contact us.
Which email providers work?
Gmail and Google Workspace get everything, including fraud protection and the AI Outreach filter. iCloud, Yahoo, Fastmail, AOL and other IMAP mailboxes can be connected with an app password for sorting, Ask your inbox and Quick Reply. Outlook.com and Hotmail accounts aren't supported.
Can I disconnect?
Any time. Disconnecting deletes your stored access immediately, and your Gmail stays exactly as it is, folders included.
