Where Superhuman is a fine choice
Superhuman is a premium email client built around keyboard speed. It's beloved by high-volume power users — but it's a full client you switch to, at three times the price, and it doesn't auto-file the noise the way a triage tool does.
Where Inbox Hero pulls ahead
- $30/mo is 3× Inbox Hero's price.
- It's a whole new client to adopt, not an add-on to the Gmail you already use.
- Speed-first design; limited automatic filing of bulk mail into a Later folder.
- No dedicated fraud/phishing quarantine folder.
On top of that, Inbox Hero adds capabilities most tools in this space simply don't have — an AI you can ask about your inbox, replies drafted in your voice, and a Fraud folder that intercepts phishing and malware.
