Where Mailstrom is a fine choice
Mailstrom helps you process email in bulk — grouping by sender, subject, or time so you can archive and delete in batches. Like Clean Email, it's a cleanup tool, not a continuous AI assistant.
Where Inbox Hero pulls ahead
- Batch cleanup, not continuous automatic triage.
- No AI drafting or inbox Q&A.
- No fraud/phishing quarantine.
- You do the deciding; it speeds up the clicking.
On top of that, Inbox Hero adds capabilities most tools in this space simply don't have — an AI you can ask about your inbox, replies drafted in your voice, and a Fraud folder that intercepts phishing and malware.
