Ask about people, not keywords
Ask "what did Dana say about the deck?" or "everyone I've talked to at Brightline" and Inbox Hero knows who Dana is and which company Brightline people work at, from your own address book and mail. Emails it cites come with Open and Reply buttons, and email addresses in the answer open a new message, with an Email all button when it names several people.
Lists you can act on
